Representative director of TKC Co. Ltd. Chairperspn of Genius Kids Club. He operates 17 nursery schools and after-school facilities, mainly in Kanagawa Prefecture but also in Osaka. The followings are his educational mottos; “There are no bad children. “ “All children are geniuses!” “Learn while playing.” With the educational philosophy that children will grow if they are given an exciting environment, he operates Genius Kids Club that provides an environment where all children can bring out their God-given talents and superpowers to the fullest.
Aiming to be the most exciting nursery school in the world, he also contributes to regional revitalization. At the apparel company he used to run, he provided Spartan training to his employees and maintained high performance of sales. However, after going bankrupt, he decided to reconsider his life and the way he thinks about communicating with people. After becoming involved in raising her four children, he became interested in expanding the possibilities of children and started running a nursery school. Although he is currently in the busy position of Chairperson, he is always out in the field spending time with children and watching over their growth.
株式会社TKC代表取締役。「天才キッズクラブ」理事長。神奈川県を中心に大阪など１７の保育園と学童施設を運営。ダメな子どもなんていない。全ての子どもが天才！遊びながら学ぶ。ワクワクする環境させあれば子どもはどんどん伸びるなどをモットーに、全ての子どもたちが天から授かった才能や個性を最大限引き出すことができる環境を整えた天才キッズクラブを運営。
世界一ワクワクする保育園を目指し、地域活性化にも貢献。かつて経営していたアパレル会社では、社員にはスパルタ教育を行い、高い実績を維持してきた。しかし、倒産を機会に自らの人生、人の考え方を考え直すことに。４人の我が子の子育てに関わり始めたことをきっかけに、子どもの持つ可能性を広げることに興味を持ち、保育園経営を始める。現在、理事長という多忙な立場でありながら、常に現場に出て子どもたちと時間を過ごし、子どもたちの成長を見守り続けている。
