At the age of 26, Koji Ikematsu achieved his first success in the fashion industry. However, by 29, he was betrayed by a business partner and burdened with a debt of 300 million yen. Just when he was on the brink of giving up, a life-changing book inspired him, and within two years, he repaid the entire debt.Drawing from numerous experiences of failure and recovery, he developed his unique Success Achievement Program.His achievements in training over 500 millionaires through this educational system earned him an invitation to the National Achievers Congress, often referred to as the “Olympics of Seminar Speakers.”
26歳で始めた服飾業で初めての成功を収めるも、29歳で取引先に騙され3億円の負債を負う。人生を諦めかけた時に一冊の本と出会い、2年で借金完済。数多くの挫折経験から成功者の研究をはじめ、独自の成幸実現メソッドを開発。その教育システムを通じ500人超の億万長者を育成した成果が認められ、セミナースピーカーのオリンピックと言われる「National Achievers Congress 」に2度招待される。2003年からはライフワークとして子供達に「夢の叶え方」を教えるボランティア活動「マジカルスクール」を開催。3万人以上の子供達を指導しオリンピック選手やプロスポーツ選手、アイドルや声優、女優など数々の夢を実現する子供たちを輩出。「世界中の人々に夢と希望と勇気を与え、愛ある進化を引き起こす」ことをミッションとして、世界中の子供から大人までを夢の実現、目標達成へと導くインターナショナルスピーカーである。
